major incentive programs covered by the incentives calculator. Required

Explanations provided when selecting the “(Purpose

next to each question include highlights of each program, not a complete
explanation of every detailed requirement. The calculator is based on the assumption that users will want to seek the greatest benefits possible from all four programs. Therefore, we have indicated as required any question that must be answered to determine eligibility for any of the four programs. Although some users may wish to focus on only one plan, we ask that
users complete all required questions for the four programs covered by the
