Restricted Zone
 
That area designated as such by the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management wherein pedestrian and vehicular traffic was restricted during the period of September 18, 2001 through September 26, 2001. The Restricted Zone is located within the Eligible Area and is bounded by Chambers Street (including buildings with primary entrances on the north side of Chambers Street), Broadway (including buildings with primary entrances on the east side of Broadway), Rector Street (including buildings with primary entrances on the south side of Rectors Street) as extended due west to the Hudson River.
